We booked an evening package, which is one of the very few hotels offering that with an open bar (all inclusive). The price of the package is correct in regards to what the package offers on the paper. On the positive side : The food at the buffet was good, cocktails were nice, and the staff was welcoming. Unfortunately, we didn't have an explanation at our arrival regarding what the package was offering, and there were no hotel animations contrary to what was announced online. Also, where is the swimming pool :) ? Would have been nice to have a quick tour of the hotel or some explanation. Also, while the location of the hotel is good (at the entrance of Flic en Flac) you should look for another place if you want to have the beach and the sea directly front of the hotel, you need here to go out of the hotel and cross the road.

Très bel hôtel de style colonial juste devant la plage de Flic en Flac .Le e personnel est très professionnel et très gentil et réponds à tous vos besoins. Les chambres mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement mais l'hôtel dans son ensemble est tellement beau au niveau des meubles au niveau de la végétation et de l'emplacement qu'on oublie vite la chambre qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement.

I took a day package with my friend.. Honestly reception service I would give a 2/5 as not welcoming rude talking to other staff while talking to you, waiter good service 4/5. Honestly veg menu 1/5 no variety just one ot two choice no desert veg not really a variety of snaks as well. Activities 1/5 you just have access to swimming pool bar and restaurant should include more things.
