I really enjoyed learning kitesurfing here.

The spot is a bit tricky to ride around, but it's fine. And it's almost always windy so that's great.

Wonderful spot, very welcoming team and high quality kitesurfing gear ! I rented equipment off the shop for 3 days on my holiday. It was some of the best kitesurfing that I have ever done in my life, the reef beyond the lagoon is magnificent and really great kiting conditions. The wind was variable during my stay and Alicia was really accomodating to my rental and helpful recommending when it was worth going out - thanks so much it made my holiday to find ION Club !!!

Je suis venue passer une semaine a l'île Maurice pour un voyage autour du Kite.

Rien à redire, l'équipe est super, tout le monde est très agréable et soucieux. Le spot est vraiment cool et la qualité des cours également.
J'ai également voulu faire un cours au Sud de l'île et leur rapidité et leur flexibilité a été au rendez-vous.

Je remercie toute l'équipe pour tous les souvenirs avec lesquels je suis rentrée. Je reviendrais !

This spot is perfect to kyte and especially to learn how to kyte. The instructors Ali und Kilian are very nice and friendly people. They are so helpfull instructors. I could ride just after 4 hours, because Kilian gave me the perfect instructions I needed, to do my first water start. They are very experienced kiters and know exactly what every beginners struggle with. I do absolutely recommend this spot and this kiting school for everyone which love to kite, or who wish to learn to do kite surfing. Thank you Ali and Kilian for the great job you did on us. Super club at Anse la Raie!

Very nice people. I learnt with 3 different coaches (Ismael, Gaël, Killian)
During 3h by lesson, I really progress with pleasure. I never made any kite surf before and after 9h , I already obtain an intermédiate level 2 (certified IKO).
I really appreciated the transfert between my hotel and the spot because I had no car.
I recommand private lesson to progress quickly.
If I return to the North of Mauritius, I will come back to learn again.

Très bonne expérience à Anse la Raie ! Le spot est petit mais joli, avec peu de monde. L’équipe est vraiment accueillante et chaleureuse. Je remercie Gaël, Alicja et Isaac qui chacun à leur façon (et avec beaucoup de patience et de gentillesse) m’ont fait progresser et passer de très bons moments sur l’eau. A bientôt !

Super session strapless hier avec Sylvain, seuls sur le spot de vagues !!
Sylvain est un super moniteur et conseiller pour kitesurfeurs débutants ou confirmés. Prix très correct pour 2h de nav, contrairement à certaines écoles du sud de Maurice.

I can warmly recommend the kite center and the Spot. Sylvain is a great guy. His training is very good and his instructions are great to see success quickly. The center has full equipment for all conditions in a very good condition. The Spot is a dream, located at a flat warm lagoon surrounded by a beautiful nature. I will definitely come back again.

Expert and friendly instructors - Sylvain & Gael. Extremely friendly and honest staff too — if wind conditions are not ideal, they will not hesitate to tell you to skip a day of lessons. Looking forward to coming back again.

Had an amazing kitesurfing lessons with
the professional instructors of Ion club anse la raie. Special thanks to Sylvain, he learned me so much in just two 1,5 h sessions that I was able to water start and kite with confidence. Thank you very much, had absolutely great time learning kitesurfing????????????

Wir können den Ion Club wärmstens empfehlen. Wir haben einen Anfänger-Kurs von 6 Doppellektionen gebucht. Unser Kite-Instructor Sylvain ist sehr kompetent, gibt klare Anweisungen, ist geduldig und hat eine motivierende, lustige Art. Der Kurs ist schrittweise aufgebaut, sodass auch „untalentierte Wassersportler“ (wie meine Frau :-)) erfolgreich sind. Zusätzlich haben wir noch eine 7. Lektion gebucht, da es uns so gut gefallen hat. Auch das war spontan möglich. Insgesamt hat es uns unglaublich gut gefallen. Wir danken Sylvain von ganzem Herzen und werden definitiv weitermachen mit dem Kite-Surfen.
