Un hôtel unique et sublime pour notre lune de miel! Nous avons fait plusieurs hôtels dans le monde et celui-là atteint le summum de l'excellence.
Le personnel est attentionné et recherche le bien-être : nous avons eu une petite odeur de canalisation dans notre chambre et tout à été fait pour trouver une solution!
Les animations comme le cocktail avec le personnel ou les dances locales sont nombreuses et rythment le séjour.
Les plats dans les différents restaurants sont exquis, à un niveau gastronomique.
Nous reviendrons à coup sûr si nous repassons à l'île Maurice.
Le personnel est attentionné et recherche le bien-être : nous avons eu une petite odeur de canalisation dans notre chambre et tout à été fait pour trouver une solution!

The hotel itself may be fine, but I have had an unbelievable time communicating with the their team. So bad I ended up cancelling, which I've never done before.
I booked three nights here for our honeymoon and emailed the hotel to ask about pricing of various packages. Responses from the hotel came at the snail's pace of once every two days. The replies didn't address my simple questions. After a week of this I called into the hotel and was passed to three different departments. It seems the hotel outsources service to 3rd parties and none were empowered to answer questions about the hotel.
Ultimately I gave up and decided to cancel. I was characteristically told this could only be done via the website, which then directed me to an email address, that now has gone days unanswered.
Surprising and brutal service for such a nice and expensive hotel. I hope that they bring customer relations in house and invest more in building a strong/er team.

Es ist ein wunderbares Hotel mit einem herausragenden Service und nur freundichem Personal. Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit und uns mehr als nur willkommen gefühlt. Es ist ein wirkliches Paradies mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Es hat eine hervorragende Küche, die täglich solch tolle Gerichte zaubert, dass man gar nicht abreisen möchte. Wir hatten unsere Flitterwochen gefeiert und noch Fotos benötigt. Das Hotel bzw Ophelia hat alles organisiert, dass es ein so emotionaler Tag wurde, den wir nie wieder vergessen werden. Auch am Pool war Micheal immer direkt mit Wasser und zwei Erfrischungsgetränke gekommen. Ein Traum hier. Service und der Gast passen hier zusammen. Wir hatten nicht einen Grund zu einer Beanstandung. Es wird einem wirklich jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt, der kann einem nur leid tun. Wir kommen gerne wieder und die Buchung über das Hotel mit Kimbery war perfekt. Vielen herzlichen Dank für diese unbeschreibliche Reise und diesem tollen und menschlichen Service. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses perfekte Paradies nur empfehlen.
