We stayed here last month and could not have had a better experience. The hotel is perfectly situated at the edge of Grande Baie with an amazing view of the harbor and sea for the sunset.

What made our stay most special was the service from everyone who works here. Laurenza, Saukat and Richard all stood out in making our stay fantastic, but honestly the whole team from the waiting staff, the water sports teams, even the gardeners are all so welcoming and friendly and it creates such an amazing environment to relax in.

There are two restaurants, a main buffet restaurant and then a set menu restaurant (which you need trousers for) and both are fantastic, we ate more at the set menu restaurant but both were brilliant.

The evening entertainment is great and varied, with everything from singing, dancing, and even a telescope one night from which we saw Saturn.

Couldn't recommend staying here any more, whether you're here to explore the area, relax, go snorkelling, it has it all and we'll definitely be going back!

Actuellement en séjour dans cet hôtel. Juste un conseil, passez votre chemin. Le service est le pire que j’ai pu connaître. Un personnel mou, non accueillant, lorsque l’on demande un service, ou même juste une prestation, ils lèvent les yeux au ciel ! Que ça soit au bar lors de la prise de commande, au restaurant en demandant la carte des boissons, le serveur nous répond «  la carte est trop loin » … excusez nous mais savez-vous combien paye un client pour séjourner chez vous ?! Et encore plus en formule All Inclusive !
Ne parlons pas du côté non commercial du personnel !

Das in die Jahre gekommene Hotel mit einer sehr, sehr schönen Gartenlandschaft ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt. Die Abstellmöglichkeit der Koffer in unseren Zimmern 334 , 338 war leider sehr beschränkt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Frau Sweetta von der Zimmerreinigung. Nette symphatische Dame, die mit größter Sorgfalt ihre Arbeit erledigt hat. 10 von 9 möglichen Punkten. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert, über den Rest außerhalb möge sich jeder selbst eine Meinung bilden.
Das Aquarium in der Empfangshalle, bedarf einer gründlichen Reinigung.
