Perfect white beach, turquoise water, amazing high quality food and huge rooms with the best walk in closet and enough hanger’s. Very good gym and tennis courts. At the beach they serve you melon, gelato as little treats. You can relax or do all sorts of watersports, including Hobie Cat sailing,…
You can walk into Grand Baie or the next door club N Joy which is great for drinks and dancing !

We came to Mauritius for our honeymoon and stayed at the Royal Palm and the One & Only. They are supposedly the 2 best hotels in Mauritius. Where the One & Only completely meets those standards, the Royal Palm totally doesn’t. The location is nice, but the rest is terrible. Especially the service, it’s stiff and impersonal. E.g. we didn’t get any acknowledgment of our honeymoon. I really don’t understand the high reviews as the hotel is highly overpriced. I recommend going for one & only saint geran if coming to Mauritius!

Le personnel est très aimable et attentionné.
Tres bonne prestation pour le petit déjeuner et restaurant.
Pour autant, l hôtel n'a aucunement le standing d 'un 5 étoiles. Le rapport qualité prix est loin d être correct.
Les chambres sont très chères au regard de leur qualité.
Le niveau de qualité des chambres standard et deluxe sont identiques. Les chambres standards sont peut être mieux que les deluxe. Pas de vue mer, la tessasse tres étroite et peu de mouvements possibles, les climatisations bruyantes, les cache interrupteurs cassés, les distributeurs de savons à ne pas trop manipuler, les coins de plafond à ne pas trop regarder en terme de propreté...pour un 5 étoiles, et au regard du prix d une chambre de 500 euros, l' excellence est attendue. Nous sommes sur un niveau de prix de 150 à 200 grand max au regard du rapport qualité prix connu dans les hôtels internationaux.

Nous sommes extrêmement reconnaissants de vos commentaires sur la notre personnel aimable et attentionné, ainsi que notre emplacement magnifique et la prestation pour le petit déjeuner et le restaurant.
Cependant, nous regrettons profondément que notre établissement n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Nous prenons ces préoccupations très au sérieux, et nous souhaitons vous assurer que nous allons immédiatement examiner la situation et entreprendre les mesures nécessaires et garantir un environnement plus confortable pour nos clients.
