Beautiful hotel. This hotel has everything you need. Unbelievable service. Definatly one of the best I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend.

amazing service
from start to finish we have been to many hotels. this hotel is up there as one of the best hotels we have been to. from the porter to reception to room service. The personel trainers at the gym and also the spa.

I was really impressed by how beautiful this hotel was. Also the reception staff were really nice and everyone you encountered anywhere who worked for the hotel greeted me with a big smile and a 'good morning/afternoon'. The reason I have given it this score for 'service' is that money was taken from my room which I did not give away. Maybe somone who came to clean the room thought it was a tip left for them, maybe I shouldn't have left money out - and it wasn't much. The point is somone stole something from me. I reported it as soon as I noticed and they sent someone to my room to ask questions - and told me they would investigate.
The only reason I am putting it in a review is that this all happened at the end of July and since I left Mauritius I have not heard anything else from them - not even an apology.

단점은 가격이라는 것 말고는 없네요. 조식도 언제든지 룸서비스 신청 가능하고 미니바도 포함된게 많아요. 해변도 예쁘고...식당도 맛있어요. 정말 좋은 호텔인거 같습니다.
Tudo perfeito, atendimento dos colaboradores excepcional ,lugar elegante, bem decorado com muitos detalhes que fazem a diferença.
Sempre cuidadosos com os hóspedes para que sintam confortáveis .
Super recomendo.
