From the day we checked-in till checked out all we had is a 5 stars hospitality , penthouse is great and super clean. Breakfast is delicious with a wide variety
Spa , fitness center and beach are great too
Dining experiences are great from the rooftop and Ai Kisu , with a comfortable as well in dining varieties
Lastly ; Nadine is a great and kind host , she made sure always our needs are met , she definitely made our stay memorable

1-The food was no tasty at all.
2-the landary damage my clothes after they delay and i drop my clothes in the reception and in that time iam waiting because no one in a reception then i gave them after mire time waiting.
3-The coffee machine it's not working ,they change it, but after a lot of time, waiting and more calls.
4- First day, I ordered coffee from the cafe they sent the coffee with someone, but the second day, they said its not allowed to take the coffee when I said why the system change every day ?? then they accept and they send my order.
