Hotel exceptionnel, hors du temps. Notre lune de miel était rempli de petites attentions. Tout était parfait.

Great hotel in a great location with great facilities for the whole family. We had a hiccup during our stay but this was promptly resolved by the management team - Julia and Nicolas, thank you. And a special thank you to Jamie and Vedousha (concierge), Danisha (Beach Rouge), housekeeping and the Maison Lux team for always going the extra mile during our stay. We will visit again.

From the moment we stepped onto the Lux Grand Bay property, we were treated to an unforgettable honeymoon experience. As a newlywed couple on our first trip together, the all-inclusive package was worth every penny. The constant stream of delicious snacks and drinks kept us fully satisfied, and we couldn't even imagine having another bite by the end of our stay!
The honeymoon perks were exceptional. We enjoyed a romantic beach dinner with the most incredible crab salad (still dreaming of it!), served by the wonderful Claryble. The cocktail-making night with Dishal was also a highlight - such a fun experience!
Stenio and Kailash at the beach bar made our mornings special with friendly chats and the freshest breakfast imaginable. I can't express how amazing this entire experience was for both my husband and me. Leaving paradise and returning home was truly difficult. Lux has set the bar high, and we've already been searching for other Lux hotels for our next holiday!
A couple of minor points to note: despite sending our marriage certificate beforehand, we only met the event coordinator after reminding the staff. This meant we had to squeeze in all our honeymoon activities, which was a bit stressful. Also, a flickering vanity mirror light in our room wasn't replaced during our stay, despite maintenance being informed.
Overall, our honeymoon at Lux Grand Bay was truly memorable. We highly recommend it to any couple looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway!
