Du petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner tout était succulent.

I went to Lux Grand Baie recently with my family and we unanimously agreed that it was a mixed experience but overall underwhelming. While the room inside was nice and quiet, the service at the restaurant was very disappointing. We waited for 20mins to get a bottle of water after asking 4 different waiters if we could have some water. We also had to wait a lot before we could get our orders taken. Overall it felt like the service in the main restaurant was all over the place. On a good note, the decor in the main lobby is beautiful. We did some water activites enabling us to get a better look at the hotel from afar and it is really nice. The beach there is simply stunning and the main pool area is beautiful. We loved not having to worry about the whole beach towel situations there as clean towels were always put on every lounging chair at the resort. Another thing we liked was the refreshments placed at the pool with a couple of drink options as well as clean glasses.

The experience was phenomenal and we had an incredible service at Ai KISU from start to finish. Absolutely recommend and the cocktails are sensational - the F&B manager is a fantastic person who was a pleasure to meet. Special thank you to Chef George as he runs a kitchen with great food and staff. All the dishes were delicious and we shall be back many more occasions in future. 10/10 to LUX* Grand Baie.

Very nice and luxury hotel

Nous avons passés une agréable semaine dans cet hôtel moderne et très beau.
Le personnel est attentif, aimable, serviable (en bref très professionnel). Chambre et salle de bain superbes.
Petit déjeuner très bien.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et les tapas au rooftop (le bisou).
Nous sommes repartis de ce séjour ravis.
