Today we've experienced the best sushi across Mauritius, as well as other amazing dishes. It's been a culinary experience with fresh produce, Balinese fusion, very friendly staff, and an amazing service. We've become friends with the amazing Chef Ram Rai and despite being originally from Nepal, he's trained professionally and swims around Japanese dishes with such ease.
Thank you Nicolas Messian for this amazing treat and for creating this exceptional marvel called LUX Grand Baie ????
