I stayed at this “hotel” with a colleague (business trip) and I would say that this was one of the wurst places where I’ve ever stayed and I travel a lot. Not deserve to be 5 stars at all! Not well kept. Apartments sells very badly. When we arrived (19h30) the Reception was closed and after 1h30 (several calls and arguing) the Senior Customer Relation decided to appear, this because we said that her place should be her working place, not her home, where clearly she was. Our company reserved 2 apartments, she didn’t find our booking and gave us excuses like “you do not booked for our hotel” because the name on our booking confirmation didn’t mentioned “by Evaco” and to solve this, the first night my colleague and I had to share the same apartment. More, one of the toilets was clogged, there were many insects on the apartment and a gecko poisoned on the toilet (see picture). The restaurant is closed (definitely), so when we arrived, we weren’t able to had dinner and not even able to order food (delivery) the restaurants around close at 21h and don’t proceed with orders/deliveries after 20h30 and at the “hotel” there’s no room service at all. We weren’t not even able to get one bottle of water. It’s far from everything, if you don’t have a car is very difficult to go out once is very difficult to get a Taxi. The reception desk was constantly closed, they argued that is because COVID, we were there in August 2022, situation of COVID was not anymore a big thing… The nicest/helpful person we met was the security man, that tried to help us on arrival. Very bad experience! Never again! Avoid!
