Nous avons eu une expérience très décevante. Pour passer notre commande, nous avons dû attendre une heure entière. Un seul chef et un seul employé s'occupaient de tout, de la prise de commande au service, ce qui a rendu le service incroyablement lent et inorganisé. Lorsque les plats sont enfin arrivés, ils étaient en dessous de la moyenne et ne valaient pas la peine d'attendre. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai eu l'impression de perdre mon temps et mon argent. Je ne recommanderais pas cet endroit si vous cherchez de la bonne nourriture ou un service efficace.

L'un des meilleurs restaurants indiens de Grand Baie. Tous les plats du menu sont fraîchement cuisinés, ce qui peut prendre un peu plus de temps, mais l'attente en vaut la peine. Les portions sont tout à fait correctes pour deux adultes. Le personnel est sympathique et professionnel. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour la cuisine indienne.

Il y a une canalisation d'eaux usées dans le parking, et de nombreux cafards provenant de cette canalisation pénètrent à l'intérieur du restaurant. Les agents sanitaires doivent enquêter.

Très satisfait du service à la clientèle. Nous étions les premiers clients et M. Kavish nous a fait visiter le four tandoori typique et nous a expliqué comment nos Naan étaient cuits. En effet, c'est un restaurant tandoor typique et traditionnel et je le recommanderais sans hésiter. Le repas a pris un peu de temps mais nous avons été très satisfaits du service

Hier, je suis venu manger ici, un petit indien servait et faisait le bar, les procédures de facturation, il ne sentait pas bon et n'avait pas un code vestimentaire correct, s'il vous plaît, ne faites pas ce qu'il faut, ce n'est pas une bonne image. Mais la nourriture indienne est vraiment bonne

Je suis venu dîner le week-end dernier le poisson n'en vaut pas la peine il est cher pas bien grillé il est cru et très petit pour le prix
Le Naan n'est pas bon il est élastique la salade n'est pas fraîche elle a été conservée plusieurs jours et pour être servie il faut attendre au moins 1h pour la recevoir et enfin la nourriture n'est pas bonne du tout le serveur n'est pas en bon état très peu hygiénique les vêtements du chef sont aussi les mêmes

Malgré notre arrivée très tardive, nous avons quand même été servis alors que le restaurant allait fermer. C'est un bon point. La cuisine était bonne. Malheureusement le serveur ne comprenait ni le français ni l'anglais. Malgré cela nous nous sommes quand même compris

Excellent restaurant. Les plats sont copieux, goûteux et généreux. Il y a un vrai tandoor au charbon ce qui fait toute la différence. Kavish et Rakesh sont vraiment adorables et accueillant. Nous languissons avec impatiente d'y retourner.

Overall service was pretty good but the Biryani lacked flavour,and the chicked was chewy and not well seasoned. I would not recommend and the thali would have been better with more variety of gravy. The food did not meet my expectations. Pretty disappointed.

Un vero incubo, sono stato in questo ristorante una sera con mia moglie in quanto uno dei pochi aperti quel giorno, si presentava quasi vuoto con solo 2 clienti ed altri 2 in attesa da molto per un take away.
Il ristorante è indiano ma ad accoglierti arriva un creolo che mette subito fretta sull'ordinare il beverage prima che si scelga cosa mangiare.
Non esistono piatti combinati ad esempio con daal + pollo + riso , si ordina tutto singolarmente a prezzi di 350 / 450 a portata, le porzioni sono piccole e mal cucinate.
Abbiamo ordinato un acqua minerale, cheese naan, ocra, riso bianco e due polli tandoori e invece ci sono arrivati garlic naan ed il riso è stato dimenticato.
Siamo andati via di fretta poco dopo in quanto le tovagllie ed il pavimento erano pieni di ragni grigi di circa 4 cm di diametro che correvano veloce sui tavoli ed altri insetti ( avevamo un bambino di 20 mesi con noi ).
Ambiente buio e lugubre, tovaglie sporche, parcheggio difficile.

Lentezza e confusione nel fare il conto finale.

Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Typical Tandoori restaurant. Wide selection of dishes and cocktails and other drinks. We did not drink any alcoholic drinks, but the non-alcoholic drinks were really good. They did not have any coffee available when we wanted to order Irish Coffees. We went there on a Thursday night and the place was empty except for us. Al the food was very tasty. Slightly long wait for the food to be prepared, but worth the wait. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. Portions are quite large, but make sure to order noodles or rice as well since not all dishes are served with noodles or rice. There are several tables, so they can accommodate large parties.

Update. 5 to 4 stars.

Last 2-3 times went there, food quality and service went down a bit. Seems like a lack of staffs or something, idk.

Waiting time is like 45min not less..
Some curry have been very salty too unfortunately.

Sometime the food is good and sometime very good ????????

The starters have always been awesome each time we have been there, very unique and extremely tasty. And for the other dishes they are good too.
The man (waiter) is always welcoming and attentive also????

Don't have any pictures cause waiting time is quite long, and when food arrives we would always eat them straight away ????

Le Tandoor, what an amazing ambient, fine dining restaurant, they catered for our special dietary requirements and staff were all very friendly, the chef took personal interest in how we liked our food from ingredients to spice level and presentation. It location right on beach, lovely back ground music, perfect interior settings made our evening so pleasurable and memorable. I recommend anyone who visits Mauritius to visit this place.

The place was empty, I was literally the only customer. They didn’t have my first choice of starter which is a little annoying. The replacement choice was mushrooms that just tasted of mustard. Really intense mustard, like on a hotdog. My main course was alright but had an aftertaste of burned garlic. The naan bread was disappointing.

They tried to tell me that I couldn’t pay with a card for a meal less than 1,000r which is like being transported back to the 80s.

It’s clear that someone isn’t working here.
