Poor service, has to constantly chase the waiters to get our order even though there were very few customers. Quality of service doesn't reflect the high price charged. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I used to love dining at Hong Kong Palace. However, my recent visit was quite disappointing. We had to wait much longer than usual for our food, and when it finally arrived, I found a hair in my dish. When I informed the staff, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue—they simply took the plate and brought me a new one.
Food wasn't that great either.
This has really put me off coming back.
I hope they can address these issues, as it would be a shame to lose such a previously great dining spot.

Not recommended at all.
No taste and the menu are expensive
Order a seafood soup was suprised as we could hardly see the seafood
Clinic soup are more delicious
The fried rice with only 2 crevette
Most horrible using mixed vegetable which doesn't value the quality of food.
Must learn from small restaurants the value of good food
Even the one star , not deserving
Pas cone cook food then better not open restaurant
Not recommended at all.

Been there at 6:15pm as Google said they open at 6.
A girl working at the counter gave us a very unfriendly stare, impressing that we shouldn’t come so early n disturb her rest.
When asked when they would open, she replied impatiently at 7pm. Then she just turned her face the other side n ignored us. We have a feeling that we were just a nuisance.
In no way this kind of service should exist in the service sector.
Wish them good luck.
