The hotel staff do not value customer service. There are no health and safety procedures on sight and the staff is very unfriendly. I arrived at the hotel with my friend around 22:30 and the check-in was unnecessarily long. Eventually when they completed that process they made us carry our bags to our rooms with no assistance. I struggled with carrying my bags and fell off the stairs as I was walking down. I almost broke my ankle and there was no first-aid kit or medical attention was provided to me. All this happened in less than an hour of my arrival. And when we thought that was end of it all, we got to our room and found that they did noy provide us with twin beds as we requested when we made the booking.The following morning/day no one came to check on how my injury is and how I slept. It was only after our travel agent engaged with us that they took some interest in finding out how I am doing. I am limping through the holiday all because of negligence and poor customer care. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything is just below the acceptable standard . I feel robbed ????

Apto. en planta baja, muy amplio, limpio y cómodo, con patio trasero privado y terraza delantera. Muy cerca de la playa y del comercio para contratar excursiones, buceo, etc.

Emplacement au top 2 min à pied de la plage
Équipe personnel adorable toujours là si besoins merci en particulier à hussen et precillia qui sont tellement gentils !
Chambre correct oui y’a des traces de peintures, des fourmis, des cafard mais on est en pays tropical.
Beaucoup d’humidité
Hôtel propre bien entretenu tout les jours il nettoie les extérieurs.

Cet hôtel est merveilleusement situé aux abords de la plage de flic en flac, il est très beau et confortable et le personnel y est très très chaleureux et serviable ! Les chambres sont propres et jolies, elles sont équipées de petite cuisine pour nôtre confort et surtout d'une bouilloire pour chauffer de l'eau pour le café ou le thé. La télé elle ne marche pas mais nous ne sommes pas là pour passer notre temps à la regarder après tout !
