It was our first time in Mauritius and it was an unforgettable experience to stay in Le Méridien île Maurice. Amazing service and great hospitality, can’t see more than that. You feel the welcome right away when you enter the resort. The reception handled our complicated reservations perfectly. The housekeeping team fixed our broken luggage immediately on arrival. You get greeted from every employee, butler service, restaurant staff, reception manager, F&B manager, lobby manager, the general manager and they accommodate all our requests and try the best to make our stay memorable. Can’t mention all the names, otherwise it will be a long list. Our room is huge and the bed is very comfortable. All the restaurants are very good and the food is very tasty. We stay in the adult only area and it was nice and calm. Good pools and lots of lounge chairs for sunbathing. Best sunset cocktail is served every evening in the adult section. There are two restaurants open for breakfast, lots of options from east and west and they are not crowded. The hotel also provides some free water activities and we didn’t use it. It’s worth to mention that the hotel is LGBT friendly and great for weddings.

Nous avons fort apprécié notre séjour au Méridien. Le personnel était aux petits soins et nous avons apprécié leur gentillesse (un tout grand merci à Suraj qui était vraiment très attentionné! Et merci au jeune serveur au bar de la piscine avec qui nous avons bien rigolé). L’hôtel ne manque pas d’activités, on n‘a pas le temps de s‘ennuyer! On a particulièrement apprécié le snorkeling (gare aux poissons qui n’hésitent pas à mordiller pour protéger leur territoire) ainsi que l‘aquagym avec Juliano et sa bonne humeur. Pour la restauration nous avons fort apprécié le restaurant Zoli Mamzel ainsi que le restaurant Indien. Un grand bravo à tous les artistes qui nous ont époustouflés avec leur voix. En résumé nous avons passé un excellent séjour!
