I had a great experience on my tour. Chris was a great tour guide, he was able to answer the questions the group had. He was also helpful to me with direction after the tour. Chris was also very good with the history, food and culture about Mauritius. I do recommend this food tour.

We visited grand baie with Christopher as our guide. The food was good at the 3 restaurants we stopped at; the information shared was interesting. It would have been nice to have some local street food to sample and perhaps a sweet treat to end the tour.

Fantastic food tour experience with Ashvin! He was very knowledgeable about the country’s and city’s history, and was able to convey it in a fun, light matter! I was also impressed that he had everyone’s dietary restrictions and preferences in mind while guiding us through the bustling city. The food itself was a 10/10, we are already thinking about going back to some of the places we visited tomorrow! We also got some valuable insights about small details in the city and specific recommendations for dinner restaurants in Chinatown (after our failed attempt at trying to find an open one yesterday)! So we can only recommend this tour, thank you for the amazing experience!

We went on the Port Louis food tour with TasteBuddies this week and I would definitely recommend it. Our tour guide was Rudy who was informative, friendly, and interesting. We tried lots of local street foods that we wouldn't have known where to get or tried on our own. The tour is more than just a food tour though, we visited lots of areas of the capital Port Louis including the street art in China Town and local parliament buildings. Rudy gave us a great insight into the history of Port Louis and the mix of cultures as we went round. A great experience.
