I had an encounter with an ill mannered and arrogant lady at the reception today at the new shop in Caudan. The opening hours published outside the shop are apparently inaccurate. I went in at 9.05 am and she told me in a very annoyed and condescending tone they were no yet opened although the door was unlocked and the opening hours stated 9.00. She was very rude in the way she talked and surely does not represent such a prestigious brand. Luckily the other salesgirls were much nicer and helped me. Management should train their staff better

Accueil froid. On demande a voir plusieurs montre, la vendeuse demande laquelle, je demande plusieurs modèles, elle se met à souffler et demande à sa collègue de le faire ( qui elle est très professionnelle ) ! Pendant le règlement plusieurs chuchotements à voix basse. Pas du tout professionnel de la part de ces personnes.
Achat d’une montre de marque, trop grande ( trop de maillons ). Et impossibilité d’enlever les maillons sur place. Je dois aller dans une autre bijouterie et payer pour enlever les maillons…
