I take my hat off to this hotel for absolutely amazing service after our flight was postponed for a day.
Air Mauritius arranged an overnight stay at this hotel for the night of 16 April 2024 after the postponement. We arrived by bus at the hotel after 21h00. Our rooms were sorted in no time and our luggage taken care of. We went to the restaurant on the ground floor and within 15 minutes we were served an amazing three-course dinner.
I was given room 505. Modern, spacious and with all the amenities one could wish for. The bed was very comfortable, the aircon was a lifesaver and the shower was just what I needed. Obviously tea, coffee, water and toiletries all provided. The room had a glorious view out on the harbour of Port Louis. The bus would pick us up 4h30 the next morning and each of us got a wake-up call at 4h00. Coffee, tea and croissants were ready for us before we got on the bus.
Outstanding service from a top-notch hotel that I can happily recommend to everyone.

Excellent review for all especially food
Oh and they also added Dholl puri to their menu at rs350 (they sell this everywhere at rs25). Prepared with gold maybe?
