The breakfast is very poor in comparison with Le Meridien the dinning room is always crowded at 8AM and customers are then park in the corridor to get their breakfast.
As it was a business trip with probably a bad deal between my company and the hotel, there were no other compensation than 3000 points SPG (basically you can do nothing with this...) and hypothetical upgrade "one day" if I come back...
