Avons passé un très agréable séjour. La vue sur la côte mauritanienne est superbe. Aminata a été aux petits oignons avec nous. Les repas ont été très corrects. Les chambres sont climatisées et propres.
Seul point noir: la piscine de l’hôtel qui prend des allures de piscine municipale… de plus, l’eau était trouble.

As we struggled to find some decent accomodation in Richard Toll, we opted for this place. It was a nice surprise in terms of location: next to the Senegal river, providing a scenic view. We dined outside at the river, next to the swimming pool. Staff were inviting and friendly. Food was OK and nicely presented but not overly special. The rooms were OK-ish, but the main gripe was the lack of a mosquito net and although the high ceilings are nice, they aren't ideal to hang your own net. Credit cards accepted. I gave it four stars as there is probably not much else around (Richard Toll lacks decent hotels that aren't overly expensive) and this place / setting is a potential gem.

Lieu magique, laissé à l'abandon par son nouveau propriétaire.
Personnel pourtant encore motivé et accueillant qui fait son possible malgré la dégradation du fort.
