Had difficulty communicating with staff. This was my fault as I don't soeak French or any local language, but other places could communicate better, particularly for example trying to order meals, when nothing on the menu was actually being served.
Bed only had one sheet. I was not given a towel until I asked for ibe nyt this seemed to be a once off error on their part.
Water and electricity went out while I was there which is not their fault, but there was no bin to fill up with water for such eventualities as some other hotels do.
Despite there being several wifi signals, none reached into my room.
