Accueil correct. Le cadre est incroyable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortable. Le site est bien entretenue, très vaste. Charmant. Par contre les prix du resto sont juste surréalistes, les plats tournent autour de 25.000 FCFA ... C'est vraiment trop.

We arrived to the hotel asking to see a room before check in. The 2 receptionists insisted we must pay in cash only 95000 cfa to get the key no refund just to see the room. The hotel had 1 guest only and was empty yet they lost our business for that reason. We travel a lot and every hotel let us see the room before paying. Also, soooo expensive why they don’t accept major credit cards??? Cash only.

L’hôtel est propre et les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses, le personnel est agréable, le proprio un peu moins par contre, il nous reprochait de choisir son hôtel qu’en deuxième option (et alors?). La raison est simple, si vous avez de l’argent à jeter, cet hôtel est fait pour vous. Le prix de la chambre est à 60000 Fcfas minimum, ok elle est très chère (on est à Kaolack) mais bon les chambres sont correctes, sauf qu’à ce prix là on aimerait de la pression d’au pour la douche, un vrai wifi et pas un réseau inutilisable. Mais là où on a été choqués c’est quand on a voulu déjeuner à 14h, le prix minimum pour un plat est de 25000 cfas (40€) (pour des brochettes) on a vu un poisson à 49000 cfas (75€)! On est partis manger au fast-food d’à côté avec le Tcheboudjene à 2500 cfas… Bref je passerai mon chemin la prochaine fois.

So I’m updating based on my most recent experience. I checked in and paid for the room before receiving my keys but the bed was infested with bugs. The reception seemed reluctant to change my room and finally after sorting the room with big spray to no avail agreed to change the room. The second room also had bugs crawling all over the bed but the hotel policy is no refund so it was either sleep with the bugs or take the 60.000cfa loss. I took the loss. Management needs to do better at being present to solve problems for guest and they need to change their refund policy even if it’s a credit to be used at a later date. The girls at reception are interns who don’t have much experience dealing with situations like this that arise.

In a place like this ask who the owners are before booking. That'll give you a whole different perspective. I have learned to not spend my money to places where the money does not stay in the community. In this case not in Senegal. From my understanding it's own by middle eastern foreign national.
