Wonderful customer service!
Our reservation at another hotel fell through and we were very graciously welcomed by staff in the middle of the night. Morning staff was also fabulous and went above and beyond to take care of us.
The rooms were very clean, modern, and well equipped. It was especially nice to have good air conditioning.

Great place to lodge while in Senegal. You have access to a bulk of the town since it is located centrally.

Gute Lage ..Airkondition etwas schwach..schöner Innenhof..Restaurant etwas sreril eingerichtet..Essen ok.

Love love love this hotel! The rooms are stellar, breakfast buffet is really nice and the dine-in menu incredible. I stayed long enough to sample a few items and everything was always on point!
The entire staff is really friendly!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Dakar!

I had to find a hotel in dakar in an emergency as my daughter was airlifted from gambia to the medical clinic along the road, I have never been to senegal, I knew noone, but all your staff have been so amazing I cannot thank them enough. They have helped with taxis, shopping, and other things that are not in their regular duties. Everyone from front desk, the waiting staff, the cook, and the cleaners are amazing at such a stressful worrying time they have been so great. Thank you

Stayed with them for about 1.5 days..check in and check out experience was great..warm, polite and friendly people everywhere..the restaurant gets a special mention as the food did take some time to arrive but it was worth it..the taste and most of all the quantity was superb.. helpful staff and service with a smile. No complaints at all. Tried all vegetarian dishes during meals and as expected the options aren't that much so had to be content with whatever was on offer in the menu. The room was spacious and well maintained, air conditioner worked fine and the bathroom gets a special mention for being bigger than most of the other hotels I have been to.. extremely good design.. everything worked well.. comfortable beddings and clean sheets..locker available in the room,small but adequate mini bar, view wasn't much from the room but given the location it wasn't expected. The only complain I can say is that the room wasn't bug free. Couple of mosquitoes and a flying insect did manage to keep me awake for half the night..also the elevator is quite small and stops with quite a jerk. The stairs are very much comfortable though. Location wise, I didn't get around much but saw a small shop nearby and everything seemed nearby.
Would definitely recommend the hotel for business stays and for the food. ????????

Nice place but

I've been there a couple of times, I love the rooms, they are large and very clean, however they have limited channels available for the TV, the restaurant is good and good internet connection as well...could do better for breakfast, in general Rysara hotel is a good and pleasant place to visit
