J’ai rarement eu cette qualité de service à Dakar. Le personnel est tellement agréable et disponible! La restauration est un pur délice ! La décoration, la propreté ! Franchement chapeau!

This is a hotel and the location is good, but the services are very poor. We booked a suite for 4 people with a shared kitchen and living room. When we arrived, the kitchen and living room were locked so we had to wait for more than 40 mins until they bring a key to unlock it - this was after calling three times and told them we were in a rush to go to the port to catch the boat. And guess what, fridge wasn’t connected to the power and neither did the main power for AC and TV. And none of the 3 staff told us about it even though they watched us to put food in the fridge. After we complained to the reception, one guy didn’t want to have eye contact with us (I found that was actually funny!). For a 4 people reservation, there was only one towel per room. And the second day morning, a cleaning lady just swiped the key to open the room without knocking. We found there is lack of training on almost all staff in the hotel and especially the day receptionists. Not recommended.

Personnel sympa, service top, epas ok. Je recommande.

L'hotel è carino e ben arredato buona la colazione ma è carissimo 120€ per 1 notte camera doppia uso singola è inaccettabile in rapporto all'economia del Paese. Molto personale ma nessuno si è degnato di aiutarmi con i bagagli. Non riuscivo ad avere l'acqua calda.
Era un mio errore ma l'addetto è arrivato dopo 1h30
La pressione dell'acqua della doccia è bassa più che una doccia è una pioggerellina
Inoltre alle 5 di mattina è iniziato un fastidioso ronzio che mi ha impedito di dormire. L'ho scelto solo perché ha il parcheggio privato per la moto
