If you think about booking a room in this hotel, stop thinking about it and go anywhere else. No toilet paper refill, no room service on some days, very poor breakfast with no water, old bread and omelette only. Boss is watching you during breakfast like you are not allowed to take a 2nd plate if you are still hungry. Rooftop prices are very expensive, nobody is there. Boss of the hotel charged us 2 extra days „by mistake“ and after we recognized it we discussed more than one hour to get the money back. We wanted to extend our stay by some hours due to late flight, boss wanted to charge uns half a day for 3 extra hours and a full day from more than 3 extra hours. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel and for sure I will never come back. I would have given less than one start if it was possible.

Despite unfortunate booking problems, I enjoyed the rooftop to have my first meal in Senegal during this trip. But, how could this simple plate cost 15,000 FCA??? I couldn’t believe my eyes when I received a bill.

Old bread served at already poor breakfast. Hotel/room smells musty. Unfriendly staff. No hot shower. Not worth the price at all. Worst hotel i’ve been in years.

(Deserving of a negative star)
Days Hotel in Dakar is a profound disappointment. Even if they offered a free room, i would not go back. Our room was seldom cleaned right, and they left us without towels. There was no coffee, no water. The intercom did not work and the washroom lights were a hazard, with both issues ignored by the staff. We were forced to buy water, which housekeeping would then remove if opened, forcing us to buy water again. Water bottle that costs 600 CFA outside, costed 2500 at the hotelm Among the reception staff, Mariam (if she gave the correct name) stood out as exceptionally rude. The breakfast was lackluster. Of all my ~100 hotel stays, this is by far the most regrettable. Strongly advise against booking here.

WORST HOTEL EVER, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.. Staff refuse to help in anyway, not even the basic things one gets in a hotel room. ????????????
