First I want to make it clear that I did not stay at Ana y Jose. Rather, I made a reservation for the beach club, however I was not able to attend due to an emergency on the same day as my reservation! Mind you they closed at 7pm on the day of the reservation. I kindly asked for a refund or a honoring of my ticket for a different day while in Tulum and the Hotel/beach club replied “per no show, apply full penalty non-refundable.” And they asked me if I would like to buy another ticket for a different day instead of honoring my original purchase. In my experience, a good customer service gesture would be to at least honor my ticket for another day as I asked. The refund would also be a no brainer had someone had an emergency as I did and could not attend. The business itself looks beautiful and I love Tulum, just wish I didn’t have a sour experience with the Ana y Jose online staff. Make sure you definitely will show up to your reservation! They have no compassion for unexpected emergencies.

I wanted a chill place to rest that didn’t have blaring music, and had a nice bed / atmosphere. This place delivered so much that we returned another time before leaving. Great food and service was on point. Has valet parking, beautiful beach club area - a premium experience. Thank you Jorge and Gustavo for the amazing service and local recommendations ???????? you made our time in Tulum that much better!

Évitez cet hôtel à tout prix !

À notre arrivée une caution de 3000 dollars nous a été demandés. Ainsi que des frais de séjour qui n’étaient pas mentionnés dans notre réservation !

Nous avons quitté l’hôtel le 4 janvier et jusqu’à ce jour nous n’avons pas reçu l’argent de la caution. Et après une multitude de tentatives de prise de contact avec l’hôtel afin de réclamer la caution, ce dernier se délibère de toutes responsabilités. Ces derniers affirment qu’ils sont dans l'incapacité de nous fournir une aide quelconque car ce n’est pas de leur responsabilité mais celle de la banque. Nous parlons ici même, d’une caution de 3’000 dollars.
Je tiens à vous faire part de notre séjour et par la même occasion vous déconseiller cet hôtel.
