We were extremely pleased with our stay at Dos Ceibas. The rooms were clean and the service spotless. We visited during the off season when there was always plenty of space at the beach. The beach was well maintained and the breakfast didn't disappoint. A highlight was the morning yoga classes with Jairo which we booked through the front desk. The only problem we had was with the mosquitos but there isn't much that can be done about this. We highly recommend to bring some repellent. ????

Despite its picturesque location, the staff at 2 Ceibas were consistently rude, with no one available to coordinate their efforts. Last week, I visited in the morning with the intention of enjoying breakfast on the beach. However, I waited for an hour without anyone approaching me or the other guests to take our orders. Eventually, I had to go to the bar and place my order for an omelette. Meanwhile, the service team was in the bar, eating and responding to me as if I were bothering them. The omelette took another hour to arrive, and throughout the day, I had to return to the bar for any additional orders.

Avoid this place if you want to enjoy your vacation; it's not worth the hassle.
