i had imagined that buying property out of the country would be daunting but to my surprise, the process was very smooth and I owe it my realtor, Audrey Meyer, who was the ultimate professional. She has all the qualities clients need in an agent and I’ve already recommended her to several people. Great person who knows the area like no other and always available when needed. I’m very leery about doing business overseas. Heard of a lot of scams. I double checked triple checked, Hired a lawyer to investigate, hired a second lawyer, hired a lawyer, then checked again and even went back to Dominican Republic to see things physically. I couldn’t find any flaws to any thing that I researched. She is true in her work. And I will definitely do business again with Hennah and Realtors DR

Gigi is amazing, she is very attentive and super responsive. She understood what we were looking for and although she couldn’t show us the properties personally she coordinated that with one of her team’s members who showed us her top picks based on our conversation.
As a native resident of the Sosua/ Cabarete area she is very knowledgeable about the area, properties, comps and future growth.
Gigi and her team were instrumental in guiding us towards properties that could be both a great vacation home as well as a great investment.
After helping us get the right spot she helped navigate the purchase which is always a little scary when you are buying abroad for the first time. Gigi made the process super simple and helped ease us into a quick close.
