Pourquoi une étoile parce que zéro n'existe pas, 45mn d'attente pour pour un Burger, quel gâchis, une expérience que ça fait peur, saura la dernière.

Les serveurs sont au top, souriante agréable et à votre service. Le repas est servi en faible quantité. Pas beaucoup de frites malheureusement mais je reviendrai car je me sens alaise avec les serveuses.

Très mauvaise expérience. Nous étions 4 personnes, dont un bébé d’un an, et avons attendu 30 minutes avant de recevoir nos boissons — uniquement après avoir réclamé. Le repas a mis encore une heure à arriver. Le comble : en passant à côté du serveur, celui-ci m’a insulté ! Un comportement inacceptable et un service déplorable. Un plat commandé qui n’est pas arrivé, nous avons reçu un autre plat non commandé. Personne de L’équipe n’avait l’air désolée de la situation, aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial. Au vu des commentaire cela doit être habituel! Restaurant à fuir absolument

Un restaurant avec une ambiance très sympa, la viande était excellente, on a été servis rapidement et le personnel était très sympathique, je recommande.

We probably were unlucky to visit at a date/time when they had massive personnel issues. We were greeted by the statement that there will be a 30 minute wait. We assumed this meant a wait to order, so we accepted and we're quickly seated inside.
What we didn't expect is that there would be over thirty minutes of absolute nothingness. No courtesy check to see if we wanted to order drinks, or if we were still alive. What we could see is one server occasionally running out with a plate of food or with a drink to those sitting outside. No sign of service or activity anywhere else near us. In the end, we just left and had food elsewhere.
It is understandable to have an off day, but when you're situated literally next to your direct competition, one should pay extra attention not to alienate customers. In this case, a simple hello after the 30 minutes wait with a possibility to order a drink would have kept us there. They didn't, and we left.
