La navette vous amène jusqu'à votre véhicule en moins de 5 minutes.
Ensuite, nous avons fait les papiers au comptoir. Ça a duré beaucoup trop longtemps, surtout après un long vol et un décalage horaire.
A l'inverse, le retour du véhicule a été ultra rapide.

*Called the 24 hour hotline multiple times, no answer. When they finally answered, long holds.
*Despite having a French speaker in the car, it was as if JumboCar had no idea what to do in the case of a flat tire. Finally, after multiple transfers someone said they would send a road side service.
*Over one hour, no service arrived and no updates. We decided to change the tire ourselves.
*Once we changed the tire, we called JumboCar and told them we no longer required service. Of course, now the road service immediately calls us.
*Road service incessantly calls us, and each time, in French, we tell them we no longer require service. They keep calling, each time clearly more aggravated and asking for our location. Each time, we tell them in French we don't need service. We also texted them.
*They kept calling until we finally got back to JumboCar and the lady behind the desk spoke to them on the phone. The calls finally stopped.
*JumboCar inspected the vehicle and said we were good to go, no issues.
*Upon returning home, JumboCar is now attempting to charge me for tow service. We never agreed to it, and never received it. But they insist on pulling it from my security deposit even though I provided them with our call logs and text messages proving we never requested it.
