We toured around Martinique with Christelle and had a great time. She was knowledgeable and well prepared in terms of pictures and paper information to show us throughout our journey. She also prepared local delicacies and drinks for us to try which was unexpected and it elevated our overall experience. She was kind and friendly, we shared a lunch together and had a nice conversation. Merci Beaucoup Christelle!

I had a wonderful time exploring the beauty of Martinique on this tour. The scenery was stunning, the stops were well-planned, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. Everything from the cultural insights to the local flavors made this tour a standout.

Malgré les bouchons intenses rencontrés ce jour, Christelle nous a accueilli avec son sourire et sa petite fleur dans les cheveux. Nous avons découvert une belle ballade tres intéressante qui permet de découvrir un panel de lieux riches en histoire. Avec des arrets gustatifs délicieux, Christelle nous raconte avec passion des histoires de son île ????️. Un voyage vraiment intéressant

Tout au long du parcours, les dégustations se sont enchainées, accompagnées d'histoires locales racontées avec passion par notre adorable guide. Elle nous a fait découvrir de très jolis endroits (comme la basilique du Sacré Coeur - copie qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement - la cascade du saut du Gendarme, St Pierre et son théatre, et le cachot du seul survivant et bien d'autres choses encore).
C'était à la fois ludique, intéressant et très agréable. Une belle façon de découvrir l'intérieur de la Martinique.

On the day of the tour, I was greeted with a warm smile which lasted till the very end.
Christelle has a vibrant personality, very knowledgeable, relatable, friendly, professional and without a doubt, passionate about her island's rich history and it's culture.
Her English is quite fluent which allowed us to maximise on the content she shared and eased us tremendously with the language barrier.
Karambole Tours, allowed me to experience
Martinique in exactly the way I wanted to and much more.
The yummy homemade food, cakes and delicious drinks that was made and served, along with the extensive history she provided Stephon and I; brewed much appreciation and love for Martinique.
We were impressed, satisfied and left feeling more like friends after our tour with Christelle.

Es war unsere beste Tour auf Martinique, top um die lokalen Traditionen kennenzulernen und verschiedene Köstlichkeiten zu probieren. Christelle war zudem sehr freundlich und hat die Tour wegen starken Regens ohne zu zögern verschoben, so dass wir es bei bestem Wetter geniessen konnten. Vielen Dank!

The best tour we did in Martinique. We had a woderful trip with a traditional sailing boat and tasted delicious local food! :) Furthermore, the guide was just excellent, friendly, competent and in a good mood. In short: I can recommend this company without any doubt.

We absolutely loved the tour with Christelle! Some of us were not very comfortable in French so she switched immediately to English and she speaks it so well! Not even an accent. But next to that, we really loved the glouglou tour! I am not going to disclose everything so it remains a surprise but we tasted some very very good things! She is also very knowledgeable en gives a lot of information, but it didn't feel like a schooltrip. We had the chance to see several highlights and learned about the history of Martinique. The bus was also very comfortable. She asked also for some open and honest feedback, but we loved the tour so much that we didn't think anything has to change to the current format. I highly recommend this tour, or even any tour with Christelle!

We had a wonderful tour with Karambole Tours! This was our second visit to Martinique. Even though we previously toured the north end, we still saw things we had not seen before. The snacks and drinks provided were delicious.

Christelle is such an amazing guide. We learned a lot about Martinique and visited astonishing places. The food and drinks were super tasty. She is very professional and really friendly. She took the time to costumize the tour to our interests.
What stood out most was her storytelling ability. She brought the island's history and traditions to life in a way that was both educational and entertaining. I can not recommend her highly enough!

Karambole Tours & Christelle were the highlight of our visit and absolutely the reason I wish to return to spend time on the lovely island of Martinique. Christelle, being a former educator, is an absolute dream of a guide with her knowledge of history and ability to keep your attention (just as in class) to learn as much as you can. Most of all, Christelle immerses her guests with homemade Martiniquais snacks and local beverages throughout the day to help connect you with the flavors of the island — and yes, she really does care so much she makes everything at home. We arrived in Martinique by cruise ship and were met at the cruise port entrance. Christelle was a fantastic host showing us all the sights of this beautiful island. We were offered home-made food & drink at every stop along the way which gave the tour a great, personal touch. The transport used was very modern, air conditioned and we felt safe at all times. At one of the waterfall stops, my wife couldn't navigate the steps - no problem for Christelle as she provided a VR setup so the waterfall experience could be viewed by my wife whilst I climbed down the steps - such a great idea! We would HIGHLY recommended this tour!

We were on a cruise that stopped at Martinique and we did a tour with Christelle in a very comfortable mini bus . It was the highlight of our holiday , she is very passionate and knowledgeable about her home island and the tour was fantastic , we saw beautiful places on the island and were not rushed . Christelle also gave us some local food and drink that she and her mother had prepared , this was such a treat . If you are looking for a tour in Martinique I would highly recommend Christelle.

I would like to recommend the Pile et Face tour. I was able to book this tour through Karambole Tours, and I was able to arrange this for our entire group of nine. I communicated with the tour guide, Christelle, via WhatsApp. We rode a minibus that comfortably accommodated the entire party. We were picked up from the cruise ship terminal on January 17, 2025. Our tour covered a lot of ground. We explored the Northern part of the island, including visits to St. Pierre, the Alma River, the Sacre Coeur, and the Depaz distillery. Christelle provided historical and cultural context for each location. I did enjoy the local food samples we were given at each stop. Our tour began at 9am and finished at 2pm. This itinerary allowed enough time to tour Fort de France and shop for souveniers. I’d recommend the Pile et Face tour for cruise passengers who’s spending one day in Martinique.

Our tour of Martinique with Christelle was wonderful. She was very informative with regards to the island and its history. The sampling of foods and drinks were such a nice addition to the tour. I would highly recommend this to those visiting the island that love to learn history, see sights and enjoy delicious local treats.

Vanmorgen opgehaald bij ons hotel door Christelle van Karambole tours voor een tour naar het noorden, mooie landschappen met pitons en de hoogste berg. Bij elke stop krijgen we een Caribisch hapje en drankje van het eiland Martinique. Bananewijn en zoete en hartige cake en broodjes, plaatselijke vruchtesap en bier. We stoppen bij de Sacre Cour, een waterval een rumstokerij waar ik 3 soorten rum proef, lekker! Dan naar St. Pierre waar een vulkaaneruptie in het dorp was. Nog even aan zee met zwart strand met een lokaal biertje afgesloten. De tour was erg goed georganiseerd met luxe bus met airco, geluidversterking met goede uitleg in het Engels en Frans. We waren maar met 4 dus veel tijd om vragen te stellen.

Christelle was AMAZING. She is incredibly knowledgeable and shares her vast wealth of Martinique information in an interesting and fun way. Not only were her stories captivating, but her food was insane. It was apparent everything was prepared with love, consideration, and skill as it fully represented the island and her, thankfully, not hidden talents! The driver made out journey safe and each stop was a wonderful experience. DO this trip if you are able!!!
