Hôtel très bien placé à Fort de France, proche centre ville, port et plage. L'hôtel est simple mais la literie parfaite et l'accueil extra !!!!!!!!! il y a la climatisation ....

Horrible place sale! Déplorable! Des fioles trouvée sous le lit avec des restes de papier de chocolat. La douche pas de porte et moisi dans les joints de tuiles. J'ai du nettoyer la bole de toilette car il y avait encore des excrements!!! Des Tamtam toute la soirée jus qu'a 11h30 pour vous tenir éveiller. Une serie de palier d'escalier difficile a monter avec nos valises! Attention a votre dos! De plus le proprio nous dis que c' est impossible d'atteindre le terminal de croisière en bus pour que nous prenions le taxi de son copin. L'arrêt du bus est a environ 300 metres et le bus nous dépose au terminal en 3 arrêts plus loin et en 15 minutes! Quelle arnaque!

Hôtel très très vétuste chambre au 4 eme étage mieux ne pas avoir de gros bagages (80 marches)pas du tout accessible aux personnes handicapées ou a mobilité réduite cela n est pas indiqué dans l annonce| bagagerie dans un placard à balais pas plus de 2 bagages|Les photos de l annonce aucune concordance |Point positif bien placé et le gérant disponible

A group of 4 of us decided to take a relaxing trip on August 24 2024 in martinique just for a short period of time. After a long time of browsing the internet we came across the bayfront hotel. We decided to book it. Getting to the place was great. Great location. But the service was horrible NO ROOM SERVICE FOR 3 DAYS. The hotel owner wasn't a friendly person. No amenities in room. Small Stip staircase. The owner locks the front door the minute you step out. Absolutely no front desk no one to welcome in. The own asks us to put off lights and AC when we leave the room. We only got 1 toilet paper roll. 1 mat and 4 towels 1 for each of us. The sink had a leak which he never fix after we reported it. The smell of this place was horrible. Dusty environment. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.|THIS SHOULD BE CALLED A HOTEL. |I will never be back at this SLAM!!!!!!!

Je viens d'appeler a l'instant. Le standardiste m'informe qu'il y a de la disponibilité a partir de 20h.
Vous perdez plusieurs heures sur la nuit d'hôtel et ce monsieur refuse de baisser le prix de la chambre.
La prise de chambre se fait a partir de 15/16h pour la plupart des hotels.
La malhonnêteté est le maître mot chez eux.
Très désagréable
J'irais dépenser mon argent tres volontier ailleurs !!
Et reviser votre facon de parler aux clients.
C'est eux qui font tourner votre établissement.
Passez votre chemin.

Stay away from this place! I booked the place for a friend and was appalled by the state of the room. There were roaches everywhere and it appears that the place is never dusted or swept. The manager is also a scoundrel, who stole money from my travel inexperienced friend by charging him 85 Euro for his female partner to spend one night. When I challenged him, he said that this was French law. I am sure the Republic requires him to pay taxes on this extra payment but...no receipt was provided!
Wifi is only accessible in the hallway. There are steep stairs and at times no functioning lights for the dark stairwell.
My advice is to spend a few extra Euros less you get eaten by roaches and bed bugs or just spend the night under the stars. You will be in good company with the other homeless of FDF.

Bayfront hotel was a horrible place for me to be able to breath, with no:

Hot water, 1st day
Refrigerator
Microwave
Soap
Clock radio
Room service.
Absolutely nothing at all.

Additionally, the place is filthy and nasty, smells horrible, moldy.

I am demanding a refund for 12/18/2023 through 12/28/2023.

Being in that place for a few days felt like I was in hell.

Furthermore, it seems like the guy is out of his brain. He does everything by himself

Super unhelpful and rude staff. It started off with us not being able to leave our bags in advance. We made a reservation for three adults, and the staff (I believe it was the manager) said that it was impossible for them to put an extra bed into our room, and blamed the flaw in the booking system on us customers. He didn’t seem interested in finding a solution at all. Once we got our room after some arguing it was not clean at all. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, so I guess that they only use a broom (in best case) when they clean the rooms. It just gave off an unsanitary impression. No sound-isolation what so ever, and the street outside was very loud during nighttime, which kept us up all night. Would give zero stars if the location wasn’t central.

Franchement pour un hôtel en plein centre ville comme sa je suis désolé mais c’est horrible.
-Pas de réfrigérateur
-la Clim fonctionne à peine
-au niveau de là propreté laisse tomber je n’ai même pas les mots
-Pas de lit bébé hors que nous sommes deux adulte un bébé
Il y a beaucoup de choses à revoir ce n’est pas possible
En plus nous sommes arrivés vers 17:00
Et le propriétaire nous dis vous êtes arrivés en dernier alors que je vous avais dis 15:00 votre chambre c’est la chambre 12 ( la dernière sans ascenseur)
J’ai toujours su que l’entrée à l’hôtel se fais à partir de 15:00 mais tu n’es pas obliger d’être là pour 15:00
Tous cela pour dire que je suis déçu d’avoir gaspillé de l’argent pour cette endroit.

Bayfront is a great choice if you're a younger traveler looking for somewhere to lay your head. It's clean and safe, and located in a great part of downtown, with lots of interesting eateries and nightlife. The owner of the hotel is extremely friendly and accommodating, and speaks fluent English, if you don't speak French. I had a view of the ocean from my room, and that can't be beat for the price. I would definitely stay here again!
