J'ai effectué un séminaire dans cet etablissement. Nous avons eu un problème de climatisation dans notre salle de réunion ????. Nous avons juste eu un ventilateur comme solution... un peu étrange pour ce type d'établissement.

Une nouvelle expérience encore plus fabuleuse que la précédente.

Tout est parfait :
L’accueil
L’écoute
La réactivité
La vue sur la mer
Le confort

Et délicieuse cerise sur le gâteau : un surclassement

Nous recommandons et reviendrons dans ce cocon hors du temps. ????

Je viens tous les mois à l’hôtel. De la réception, au service de chambre en passant par le bar ( Johanna) est une barmaid créative et fantastique laissez la vous surprendre ! Au service de la restauration ( Céline) est prévenante et de bon conseils concernant les choix des mets. C’est top d’avoir un personnel aussi bien formé et aux petits soins pour les clients. Mais attention : la “chef” tout de noir vêtue est une véritable mégère et ne témoigne ni de bonjour ni d’empathie seulement son visage témoigne de son mal être qu’elle fait refléter sur les clients : Évitez la tant que possible pour jouir d’un excellent séjour.

Great location for exploring the boardwalk, fort and shopping area. The room was nice and very clean. The food and view of the harbour from the bar were excellent. The gym was underwhelming, and there was no pool, but that wasn’t what we were looking for on this trip.

Un parking souterrain, très pratique, est mis à disposition des clients
Dès l'entrée dans le bâtiment, un parfum très agréable nous accueille
Les petits déjeuners sont très fournis, frais, et copieux, avec une superbe vue sur la baie de Fort de France pour ne rien gâcher
Pour finir, mention spéciale au restaurant, et à son chef, qui a beaucoup de talent ! Nous avons pu échanger brièvement avec lui, c'était très sympathique
Apres une superbe première expérience nous y sommes retournés 2 fois pour avoir le plaisir de découvrir les autres plats proposés
Un véritable délice et un voyage à la fois culinaire, mais aussi esthétique
Les plats sont raffinés et présentés avec beaucoup d'élégance et de délicatesse
Bref, nous recommandons sincèrement cet hôtel !

Beautiful hotel! Amazing food, service, sights, and more. It was relaxing and thrilling at the same time! Love love love and recommend! The people were nice, the service was fast and easy to access, everything was nice and clean and orderly!

Receptionist had us change rooms three times and in the end we had to make our beds ourselves to get those two twin rooms we booked.
The restaurant is ok but very slow. No lunch, just breakfast and dinner.
The hotel nears a dangerous zone with drug dealers.
The rooms themselves are fine.

Espectacular hotel , con diseño muy moderno y excelente hospitalidad , ubicación estratégica y confort sobresaliente , totalmente recomendable..

Strange hotel. Reception was hard to find. On the second floor. No butler available. Rooms ok - but restaurant was a mess. Breakfast very poor. Limited choice of items. Nice views from the terrace of the restaurant. Terrible furniture for eating.

Chambre parfaite, bien équipée et meublée
Petit-déjeuner très bien (salle et nourriture)

Le seul et gros bémol est le restaurant :
- la salle et le mobilier ne sont pas adaptés à la restauration
- Nourriture de mauvaise qualité
- le dîner était cher 50€ pour en plus ne pas pouvoir terminer le plat par mauvais goût
Le restaurant n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur de cet hôtel

L'espace restauration est, par contre, très bien pour pendre un verre au bar avec un rdv professsionnel ou pour se détendre entre collègues avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Fort-de-France

Zimmer sind etwas zu klein, sonst geht es. Frühstück ist leider nicht inklusive für Fliegendes Personal, schade eigentlich. Standort sehr Malerisch, da kann man in die Bucht schauen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Angestellte an der Rezeption ist super unfreundlich und sehr ignorant. Wir haben zweimal ein Taxi bestellt (ich bin sogar noch einmal zur Rezeption gegangen), doch das Taxi ist nie angekommen. Der Frau an der Rezeption war das völlig egal. Schließlich haben uns Einheimische auf der Straße geholfen – ein Mann auf einem Roller hat uns sogar einen Taxifahrer gebracht.

Was ist das bitte für ein Verhalten von der Rezeptionsangestellten? Wie kann man so ignorant sein?

Das Hotelzimmer ist sauber, und man fühlt sich darin wohl.

Bar und Restaurant wurden nicht getestet.

Ich würde das Hotel nicht empfehlen – allein schon, weil die Fürsorgepflicht gegenüber den Gästen offenbar nicht ernst genommen wird.

Attention à cause de l'entretien des arbres le matin attendez-vous à vous faire réveiller vers les 05h30 tous les matins par un bruit infernal.

Très bel hôtel ! Plutôt bien placé si vous souhaitez sortir dans le centre de Fort de France .

Le finestre della ns. Camera (vista città) non chiudono bene; un po' umide e aria condizionata che non funziona bene.Ristorante x la colazione ok. Invece x la cena lascia molto a desiderare: cibo di scarsa qualità e servizio non alla altezza di un 4 stelle

We are staying at this hotel for 4 nights and on our first night the 4 of us called in at the hotel bar for a drink . After waiting for ages I approached a waitress and after 3 attempts to say ‘excuse me’, I tried to ask her for service face to face but she still refused to even look at me!!!!!! Absolutely shocking behaviour. Our group then immediately left the bar without ordering any drinks. I have never experienced anything like this before.|I will be reporting this in the morning.. SHOCKING !!!

Hartes Bett, Klimaanlage kühlt nicht richtig, habe den Verdacht, es ist nur ein Ventilator, der die warme Luft bewegt. Der Balkon ist winzig, man kann noch nicht mal einen einzigen Stuhl rausstellen, so schmal ist er. Der Blick auf den heruntergrkommenen Parkplatz und auf lauter Straßen verlockt ohnehin nicht zum Draußensitzen. Die Zimmerkarte funktioniert nur manchmal, man muss wieder runter zur Rezeption, um sie neu programmieren zu lassen. Teures Frühstück, das nicht gut ist für den Preis (über 22 Euro).

Stadthotel im eher schlechten Zustand. Eher nur für die Durchreise geeignet. Service im Restaurant ist unterirdisch

The hotel and hotel rooms are beautiful, clean, spacious and situated in a great location. We were initially feeling very happy we decided to stay here on our stay at FDF. But the bar and restaurant that they advertise however leaves you feeling unwelcome and disappointed you stayed here. It clearly states on their website and room amenities booklet that the Boli Bar Terrace was a place where guest can enjoy drinks and Tapas. We arrived shortly after dinner to taste their dessert menu and drinks. Not only were we denied seats at the terrace since they stated the area was ONLY for patrons who would be eating dinner. They said the terrace was not an area where one can have drinks and alcohol. So we were directed to sit in their living room style lounge that had comfy enough sofa style chairs but very low tables. They said I could have our desserts on these very small low tables. Our group was 4 persons on a table fit for 1 or max 2. Anyhow, we conceded since we thought to try their menu. It took a while for someone to take our order but once we ordered they returned with:
1- the liquor or drinks listed on the menu was not available
2- we were not allowed to order food or desserts as the inside lounge was only for drinks. Then some fussing around they allowed us to order dessert. But we were only allowed to pick one dessert (we picked 2). When we asked why they only responded with "you can only have 1"

To top this off, another group.of 4 arrived, they were french speaking, and they were welcomed to the terrace for a bottle of Champagne.

When our ONE dessert arrived, (a bowl of chopped fruit in some sweet sauce, it arrived without cutlery. When we requested for forks, they only provided one.. there are 4 of us. ???? we decided to end the night quickly after that. Such a downer for the start of our vacation. We will avoid this place.

Perhaps if you're lucky enough to be fully fluent in French you will receive a better welcome. However last night's experience leaves a lasting impression that it wouldn't be worth it try their advertised restaurant and bar. We had the plan to try their 25 euro a person breakfast in the morning, but after tonight, we decided it is best to avoid the place all together. We wouldn't want the start of our day to be with that kind of vibe.

Aside from poor customer service and rude reception at the restaurant, the rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable, the beds and pillows were pleasant, the washrooms beautiful and spacious. There is ample closet space, safe and mini fridge and they provide you with tea and coffee in the rooms. The AC was working so we slept well here.

Views: only the city view rooms were available when we booked, so try to request for a higher floor when you book it. It has a nice view of the mountain side with their buildings and homes..but the lower floor unit is directly in front of a parking lot. So the higher floor will be more pleasant to see.

Everything is walking distance from this place. The port is beautiful and the vendors are polite and pleasant.

No restaurant. They tell you they do but this is two nights running with no dinner. This hotel is not worth staying at.

Je le précise, je ne vais parler que du service au bar de l'hôtel.
Je suis venue trinquer avec mes amis qui, eux étaient logés dans cet hôtel pour le week-end.
Le bar est chic et cosy. Toutefois, il s'agirait de faire un gros effort quant au service du bar. Serveurs non souriants, UNE HEURE d'attente pour être servis alors qu'ils ne paraissaient pas être en sous-effectif. Nous nous sommes plaints une première fois pour l'attente, ça n'a eu aucun effet, et surtout nous n'avons eu aucune excuse de leur part. Accès à la terrasse impossible car réservée à la restauration. C'est dommage, nous aurions souhaité profité en toute simplicité du coucher de soleil. Je trouve que le service au bar n'est pas DU TOUT à la hauteur du standing de cet hôtel.
