We loved our time at Blue Lagoon. Hard to imagine a nicer little place or a more beautiful setting. We arrived on the Terre de Haut long before check-in time, but Sidonié welcomed us and kindly let us store our bags on the property as it was being cleaned so we could explore the island and relax without being burdened by them. Comfortable bed, great kitchen, awesome porch facing the harbor, nice grassy fenced-in yard with visiting chickens. Only annoyance were the plentiful mosquitoes. The netting over the bed upstairs meant they weren't an issue while sleeping, but downstairs in the evening they were troublesome. Residents in the neighboring bungalows had them, too. Aside from putting screens on the windows, not sure what's to be done. Would gladly rent it again!

Thank you for this fabulous comment! The residence will soon be equipped with an ecological anti-mosquito system that I tested in my other villa, Villa Scarlett. It works perfectly and zero bites! A real happiness...

Le centre ville est accessible en 15 minutes en longeant le bord de mer.
Prévoir de louer un moyen de transport pour faire le tour de l'île, surtout si on est avec des enfants.
