I stayed in Saint-François for the month of March, just a short walk from the marina and local restaurants. While the location itself is charming and full of potential, the overwhelming and unpleasant odors in the area made it difficult to spend as much time outdoors as I would have liked. It seems the smell may be caused by a buildup of seaweed, which really needs to be addressed. It’s unfortunate, because with proper maintenance, this could be a truly beautiful and enjoyable spot to spend time.
