The rocket cheese, rich and slightly tangy, melted beautifully, creating the perfect canvas for the star of the show: the honey drizzle. The sweetness of the honey paired exquisitely with the peppery bite of fresh rocket leaves, creating a harmonious balance that was both surprising and delightful.
