They somehow ignore you, your requests - basically do not care at all about the customers.
Somehow, they assume that you came there, and will never come back again - hence do not care about you.
If someone in charge of this place reads the reviews, maybe they could act, and protect their business.

The food was average - however the experience and the service were really bad.
We ordered desert and some additional beer and they completely ignored our request.
When we requested the bill, some additional course was added there. This is what monopoly does to a place.
I recommend to buy some food from supermarket and eat at the hotel, if visiting this place.
