Great hotel, spacious and spotlessly clean rooms and the staff are wonderful.

Stayed here again in July '25 and it was great. Best hotel in Lyon.

Un séjour parfait !
Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel : tout était impeccable, du confort de la chambre à la qualité du service. Un grand merci à Cannelle et Abdallah pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Ben rien à dire l'endroit au pied du parc magnifique voir sublime de Lyon tête d'or. Et proche sortie autoroute. Superbe

Hotel incroyable! L’accueil très agréable et professionnel et les chambres sont superbes.

مشكلة اللغه لا يجيدون اللغه الانجليزيه وهذا فندق عالمي يجب اتقان اللغه
ونشكر الكونسيرج حامل الحقائب (عبدالله الجزائري )على حفاوته وحسن استقباله ورحابة صدره ومساعدته لنا في حمل الحقائب وادخالها للغرفه
فيما يخص موظفين الاستقبال يعتبرون اسوء موظفين استقبال في كل انحاء الارض على المستوى العالمي لعدم اجادتهم اسس ومبادئ اعمال الاستقبال للنزلاء حيث قام احدهم بعمل حجز على مبلغ الاقامه بينما يفترض عليه ان يخصم المبلغ الخاص بتكلفة الغرف وعند الخروج تأخرنا ساعتين عند الاستقبال لإرتباكهم في عملية الحساب للمبلغ المطلوب حيث تم خصمه من بطاقة الائتمان الاخرى بدون الاستفسار من صاحب البطاقه وتم سحب المبلغ من البطاقتين وسبب الارتباك لهم ولنا وعدم الفهم للإجراءات البسيطه وللسؤال والاستفسار من العميل وتم طلب استدعاء مدير الفندق المسؤول ولم يحضر ورفض التحدث معنا وبعد ساعه ونص من المشكله حضر المدير المعني
وانا اعبر استيائي من هذا الفندق ومن ادارته وخدمات ولن اكرر التجربه معهم مره اخرى

Except for the breakfast and the gym, the hotel has NO standards. Room cleaning is non-existent. The shower gel and shampoo are never refilled, and you literary have to beg for conditioner.
I have not even mentioned checkout yet: a total mess! It took 3 guests 1 hour to get the right bill with the right names.
I personally do not think that this hotel is at Marriott Bonvoy level.

Un hôtel hyper bien placée, face tête d'or , hôtel super propre , un personnel ultra professionnel !
Avec un bébé, le séjour y a était hyper agréable , et alors le must , le buffet à volonté du petit déjeuner ! Un choix juste incroyable et hyper large ! Pour avoir fait d'autres hôtels a Lyon , pour le moment c'est le meilleur a mon gout !
Petit plus enfin, nous avons était surclassé sans frais pour avoir plus de place dans la chambre avec le lit parapluie ( certes sûrement car ils avaient des chambres de dispo, mais sur le principe, peu d'hôtels le fond et nous avons énormément apprécié le geste !! ) donc vraiment je recommande et nous y ferons d'autres séjour sans hésitation !!

Staff was very attentive. We were able to check in a little early and the room was clean and well appointed. It is located near the river, shopping, and a large free park/zoo. My wife booked it online from the USA and we had no issues getting in. Great job all around

Giant bedrooms who need to get refurnished. No TV signal, no A/C plugs on the wall, giant bathroom with a 1/2 tiny shower in front of the toilet when you open the glass door, lot of scratches everywhere. The wood floor received too much water and is bumping.

Honnêtement, cet hôtel est une honte pour la chaîne Marriott.

Lors de notre réservation, nous avions clairement précisé une arrivée à 16:00.
Nous sommes arrivés à 16h15, mais malgré cela, la chambre n’était toujours pas prête — nous avons dû attendre 40 minutes supplémentaires à cette heure-là.

Une fois la chambre enfin attribuée, la déception a continué : la chambre est visiblement ancienne, mal entretenue, avec très peu de serviettes disponibles. Mais le comble, c’est que nous avons découvert qu’elle était infestée de fourmis.

Ce genre de service est tout simplement inacceptable pour un établissement qui prétend faire partie d’une chaîne hôtelière du statut de Marriott. Nous sommes extrêmement déçus.

Very nice and clean rooms. Amazing and diverse breakfast . Also we had with my friend delicious dinner in Zuca , chef is a genius.

Good hotel. Spacious and clean rooms with good shower and bathroom. Gym was ok, but bar seemed closed for much of trip and surrounding area lacked an equivalent once back from the city (which was only 15 mins by bus away so was not a big issue).

The cleanliness was not satisfactory — I found dirty shoe prints and someone else’s hair in the bathtub. I reported the issue to the front desk and requested a room change, but they told me there were no available rooms that night and asked me to handle it myself.The location is average, not very close to the city center.The positive side is that the hotel is very quiet, the bed is comfortable, and the gym is quite good.

|Ontvangst een beetje afstandelijk, had via Bon Voy een upgrade gevraagd en toen ik op de kamer was bleek ik die ook gekregen te hebben. (Suite 706) prachtige kamer. ||Kon ook mijn auto in de garage tegen een extra tarief op laden. (Parkeren a 20 euro per nacht)||Het is een groot massaal hotel. (Was ook druk in het weekend zeker, denk ik, met 14 juli voor de deur) Ontbijt verloopt wat chaotisch.  Op de andere dagen ging het trouwens ook een stuk relaxeder Jammer dat ze M lounge(meer) hebben. Jammer dat er geen tweede koffie machine staat, in de ontbijt zaal. Ontbijt is goed uitgebreid en je kunt apart diverse eier gerechten bestellen. Wordt ook prima aangevuld. Maar zonde, is juli,  dat je niet op het terras kunt ontbijten,,zou een goede plus zijn. ||Bed is hard en kent geen topper op de matras. En de kussens die zijn als ze opgeschud zijn prachtig maar leeg en geen houvast meer als je je hoofd er op legt. Dus Marriott vervang ze!||Locatie is ver buiten het centrum. Je moet op een uber of de bus nemen. Zover ik kan nagaan is het hotel pas 10 jaar oud. (2015) Maar ziet er al behoorlijk uitgeleefd uit.||Kreeg wel een mooie fruitschaal op de kamer. ||Zo is de M lounge gesloten maar ook de bar in lobby is gesloten. Zucca restaurant voor ontbijt,  lunch en diner is gelukkig wel open. ||De sfeer in het hotel is raar lijkt wel of het ergens op wacht, renovatie, nieuwe eigenaar. ||Maar ik heb een aangenaam verblijf gehad en genoten van de stad Lyon. ||

Gegeten in het hotel restaurant. Niet heel bijzonder. Geslapen oke, ontbijt oke, prachtig uitzicht vanaf mijn terrasje

Walkable for many restaurants and advantegeous if you have kids with you. Very interesting place

Customer Service:|Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated that my room request was honored. Unfortunately, the front desk staff’s helpfulness ended there. Post check-in, any attempts to seek assistance were met with indifference or a lack of engagement. This lackluster service significantly impacted my overall experience. What could have been a 3.5-star stay is downgraded to 3 solely due to poor customer service. On a brighter note, the housekeeping team was consistently kind and professional.||Bathroom:|The bathroom left much to be desired. Mold was clearly visible in the shower grouting, and the water pressure was extremely weak.||Breakfast:|The breakfast area was spacious and thoughtfully divided into three zones, including an outdoor seating area. However, the quality of the food did not match the setting.||The scrambled eggs were a complete miss—watery, undercooked, and likely made from a powdered or carton mix.||The buffet included a self-serve hard-boiled egg station, which was inefficient and time-consuming. A better approach would be to offer ready-to-eat hard-boiled eggs, with the option for guests to customize for softer boiled.||Food options were limited and uninspired. While there was a little something for everyone, the offerings felt more obligatory than thoughtful. Breakfast was included in my rate, but I wouldn’t pay for it out of pocket.||The coffee machine was overly complicated, though the coffee it produced was quite good.||Basic fruit options like bananas, apples, or oranges were noticeably absent.||Made-to-order omelets were available, but I didn’t try them.||Checkout:|Checkout was inefficient and frustrating. Going to the front desk was a waste of time—it was slow and disorganized. I strongly recommend using the app or simply leaving your key to avoid the hassle.||Tip:|Request a room on the shaded side of the building to avoid direct sunlight heating up your room.

Difficile à évaluer objectivement car nous avons bénéficié d'un tarif au rapport qualité prix au top.
Prestations soignées mais loin d'un 4 ???? premium. Personnel très accueillant durant notre séjour de deux nuitées.
Petit déjeuner compris pour nous, sinon 25 euros !!! ... irréguliers...et toujours des machines automatiques. NON svp ???? pas ça quand on se veut être un établissement haut de gamme. Parking privé. Nous reviendrons mais pas au plein tarif.

Room is ok and big and view is good, however, rather strong smelt of detergent or deodorant.
Location : park next to hotel is great
I had dinner, presentation was fabulous, but fish was not fresh to my standards.
Worthwhile staying for exploring the park to enjoy.
TV should upgrade to phone connection.
Can see hotel is old but they tried to maintain it.

A nice place but...for your information:
1. Room was nice, but the two switches on the balcony (labeled "STORE" and "FACADE" didn't work or do anything, so I never found out what they controlled. The two sun-blinds wouldn't move, so maybe the switches moved them? Another un-marked switch on the interior wall controls a light on the balcony (but not the switches).
2. The coffee pods were Purple and Brown..that's it. Nothing like "One is Decaf" or anything. Cups were WAY too big for the amount of coffee put out by the machine.
3. Other than the mall where this hotel is located, you're in a Bistro-Desert...NOTHING is around.

Nous avons opté pour une chambre supérieure avec vue parc. La literie est ok et la chambre est spacieuse. En revanche, c’est très mal isolé (on entend tellement les autres portes de chambres s’ouvrir et se fermer que j’ai cru à plusieurs reprises que quelqu’un rentrait dans notre chambre) et la salle de bain est est triste état (receveur de douche fêlé, miroir de courtoisie cassé, peinture écaillée notamment au dessus de la douche et porte de douche qui ne se ferme plus complètement donc ça inonde tout si on utilise la douche haute, il faut utiliser la douchette et se maintenir contre le mur). Autre bémol, les toilettes ne sont pas séparés de la salle de bain, le kit d’objet de toilette est vraiment sommaire et pour une seule personne uniquement alors que nous étions 2. Normalement il y a un service conciergerie/voiturier, pas de chance pour nous, à chaque fois que nous en aurions eu besoin, la réception nous dit que la personne n’est pas là. Le point positif : Le petit déjeuner est très bien (copieux, grande variété, tout est bon)

It took us over an hour to checkin because of limited staff and during our stay our hotel room would lose power constantly. The hotel tried to fix the issue but ultimately gave up. The breakfast is minimal, there were broken items in our room and the front desk not helpful; clearly didn’t like Canada’s and American’s. Do not stay at this hotel unless you want to be stressed with travel problems.

Upon arrival and walk-in it's large and welcoming, the staff are as well. The rooms are a good size but our bathroom had serious black mold issues. They were soldout (Olympics) and couldn't move us to another room and said they would scrub it AFTER we left. So we dealt with it, there was also a power and internet outage that lasted seven hours but they couldn't control that...just seemed unbothered by it and said, we don't know why, we are the only property with the outage, no others near us. So I think it was their issue as a hotel but not the front desk's issue if that makes sense. Breakfast was solid, large selection. I don't think I would stay here again. All of these concerns were passed along when they happened and they apologized but I doubt I would return. I did love the city though, Lyon is amazing!

Super hôtel , très bonne literie, très propre.

Typical consistent Marriott product. Very comfortable room with a balcony. A bit out of the way from Old Lyon. Beautiful park across the street. Wonderful staff.

真的是很差，底下是夜店，一直到晚上三点墙都在在震，根本没办法睡觉。酒店门口是地下通道，出租车来的时候都找不到路来酒店接我。打电话给前台投诉半个小时没有人接。太烂了
