Je voulais boire un thé glacé fait maison en fin de matinée. Manque de chance il n'y en avait pas, j'ai bu un jus de fruits... La jeune femme m'a indiqué qu'il y en aurait en fin d'apres midi... J'y suis retournée après mon rendez vous en fin d'après-midi, toujours pas de thé glacé fait maison. Dommage .. sinon le jardin est agréable. Je n'ai pas testé de chambre ni un déjeuner ou petit déjeuner.

We stayed at their suite for 2 nights. Absolutely worth every penny we paid. Very large room with a small kitchen enough to cook a light meal for a small family. Beds are comfy. Location is quiet. We drove around the city so cannot comment on public transport. They have a carpark in the building. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast room are both up to par. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend, and we plan to try out other hotels in the same brand in the future!

We stayed a month at the Warwick Reine Astrid. It was very convenient and comfortable for us. Our one month was delightful, with all of the friendly and interesting staff to look after us. It was all arranged in advance by Sana Chaibi, Reservation & Yield Department, in the most professional and hospitable way.||We had a 90 square meter (968 square feet) 2-bedroom and 2-bath apartment in the 6ème arrondissement, a very classy neighborhood (costing 360€ per day plus parking). It was on the top floor, looking down on the garden in the back of the hotel (not on the Parc de la Tête d’Or). It was very quiet--we rarely heard any noise, except when roadwork was being done. We could see the Basilique Notre Dame de Fourvière in the distance, and, also in the distance, we could see the building we called The Unicorn, the Incity Tour in Part Dieu. ||We had excellent weekly maid service by Esther and as many extra towels as we needed. The head of housekeeping, Adeline, provided us with the extra equipment we requested (as well as restaurant recommendations).||The hotel provided us with a very good breakfast buffet, as well as items cooked to order. Hayare and Florence took very good care of us at breakfast. Although we had a kitchen, Audre didn't cook in it--there were too many wonderful restaurants and traiteurs in the neighborhood that we could walk to. The garage at the hotel for our new Kia Sportage SUV was safe and secure. ||There was a sufficiently good gym at the Reine Astrid, and we were very close to the Parc de la Tête d’Or. We walked in the park, went to the gym, and also used the VeloV city bikes to get exercise.||We actually stayed at the Reine Astrid in 1999 and 2000 when we came to Lyon from Courchevel. From our point of view, we thought that the General Manager, M. To, was doing a great job. His staff seemed happy to be working there and they were attentive and responsive to the guests needs. Plus, they were wonderful to us; we enjoyed talking to them and getting to know them.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux.|La chambre était parfaite, le service impeccable.|Si un jour vous passez par Lyon, ne cherchez pas ailleurs : cet hôtel est une véritable pépite, qui vous enveloppe de douceur et de charme.|Je le recommande les yeux fermés — à 100 %… et même bien plus !

Nous avons déjeuné à trois dans le restaurant de l’hôtel Warwick Reine Astrid à Lyon, et tout était parfait. Le cadre est élégant, lumineux et apaisant, avec une décoration raffinée et soignée qui rend l’expérience très agréable.
Le personnel a été aux petits soins tout au long du repas.
Côté assiette, la qualité était au rendez-vous.

Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Hôtel bien placé par rapport au congres. Agréable avec le parc de la tête d or a à-côtés. Personnel charmant. Parking pour se garer ce qui facilite le séjour. Television pas en français.... réglages a faire. L accueil n'avait pas compris mon souci. Mais je m'en suis sortie. Rien de dramatique!

Petit déjeuner indigne d'un 4 étoiles. Une seule machine à café pour une centaine de place assise, rien d'extraordinaire de proposé pour un prix tres elevé... Par contre personnels très aimable et souriant.
Dans la Suite que nous avions réservée, poussière jamais faite sur certains meubles ou cadres de tableaux. Vitres donnant sur l'extérieur et rebords de fenêtres jamais nettoyées. Invraisemblable

I've stayed here twice. We picked it because it's closest to a friend we visit in Lyon. The repeat visits are because it's simply a good, small, easy to navigate hotel in an excellent location for us. its quality is first rate in all aspects.

Déjà 2 séjours là-bas et bientôt un 3e, chambre géniale, services proposés géniaux, assistance parfaite, staff parfait, coté bar et restauration tout est parfait également, bref rien à redire, tout est au top.

Its very clean. Staff is attentive. Location is best. Breakfast spread is generous. Staff provides paper with Disney character for kids to colour.

The hôtel is idillie situated in the best district of Lyon. ||The breakfast buffet is very well furnish. ||The restaurant has a terrasse and a large garden.||The best Park of the city is situated just in front of the hôtel. ||We rented electric just next to the hôtel.||The personnel is friendly, helpfull and very professionel||hily recommended !

Petit déjeuner très qualitatif.
Literie très confortable.
Ayant oublié un bracelet de valeur, je ne peux que mentionner leurs honnêteté, puisque suite à mon appel, il fut mis en sécurité et restitué.

Cet hôtel est très très bien, l´ensemble du personnel est aux petits soins, ils veulent tous vous rendre service... Les chambres sont dans un état de propreté irréprochables et les femmes de chambres sont hyper dévouées. Le petit dej est parfait et la machine à pancake est incroyable aussi. Merci à tous, nous reviendrons ! Parking très pratique.

Recently renovated rooms and fitness rooms. Much better than expected. Staff was perfect.

As a family of 5 including one baby we booked the executive suite with a full kitchen.
