First of all, there’s a lot of restaurant that requires money in order to reserve. Les oies Sauvage you don’t have to pay a fee in order to reserve a table is already so amazing and down to earth and the dishes never disappoint me. During my short stay in Lyon i’ve visited this amazing restaurants 3 times as a steak lover. I’ve tried different cuts dry age beef here, every time it amazes me. All the staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. Hands-down, my favorite restaurant in Lyon!
