Very interesting choice of wines, with great advice.

Visitado en marzo. El lugar y la vista de Lyon son tan impresionantes que a veces se olvida lo relevante: la comida y el vino. Es notorio el enfoque en los elementos esenciales de la cocina francesa y que, como es de esperarse, respeta las estaciones. El servicio es de buen nivel, sin llegar a ser lo espectacular que esperaríamos de un restaurante con estrella Michelin desde hace mucho tiempo.
