Rude, extremely rude service.
After leaving it felt like having imposed on someone by overstaying our welcome.
I was there with a big group and we agreed we would split the bill in five groups, who will then figure out the details among themselves. Simple questions such as „How much does a glass of wine cost?“ seemed to overwhelm the personnel. We did not get a normal bill, where we could figure out the price of the drinks and those weren’t apparent from the menu.
The food was good, but there are enough other good Bouchons in the centre. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Salle du sous-sol en désordre et à l'odeur de moisi, vaisselle sale, plats surgelés de pauvre qualité servis aux clients, ampoules des appliques grillées, champagne au goût de pétillant de premier prix. Quant au serveur, il vaudrait qu'il fasse un autre métier.

Ho preso i ravioli. È il peggior piatto di ravioli della mia vita,scotti e attaccati alla padella. La poltroncina dove ci hanno messo a sedere profumava di pipì di gatto. Fuggite! Cercate un altro locale!

Komische aber leckere Gerichte. Service nett und freundlich
But this was destroyed by the terrible attitude and completely unpleasant behaviour of the staff. They were rude and unresponsive.
At the end they refused to give to us a receipt and just wanted to receive an amount noted on a yellow post-it!
Very disappointing end of our day in Lyon.
