The most annoying thing is when I see the reply from the property saying ‘we are really sorry, thank you for sharing your opinion, we will do evwrything for your future stay, blah, blah, blah…’ dear sir/madam, if you wanted to do anything about mu complaint, you would do that on the firts day of my stay when I did put a complaint. Now I don’t need anything you to do, after we left. The rooms don’t deserve 4 stars, the staff unkind (we sat im the lobby bar to have a drink and the waiter didn’t want to clean the messy and dirty table in front of us). At 14 degrees C, at the end of October, they do not turn the heating on. The pools and while spa very avarage and very expensive. The hotel was pure disappointment.

Our managers and team members are committed to providing excellent service and dealing with any dissatisfaction on-site and not after departure. We are sorry that the table in front of you in the bar was not cleaned to your satisfaction and that your room was not at the ideal temperature for your preference. Our rooms have individually controlled air conditioning for our guests' convenience.

As for the spa, we strive to offer a variety of facilities and services at competitive prices, and we are sorry if it did not meet your expectations. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Les chambres sont propres mais vieillissante et pas moderne
Le personnel très sympathique et agréable
Et le lieu est immense et propre, c'est impressionnant comme le SPA est grand. Ce n'est pas simple de se déplacer sans voiture si l'on veut sortir en ville mais l'hotel est pas mal situé
