This hotel is a hidden gem that deserves not to remain hidden. :) Though the location is a little bit further out, the charm of the hotel and the great hospitality more than make up for it. Wonderful staff that go out of their way to make your stay comfortable, a lovely breakfast in the garden and cute boutique-style rooms. Can't wait to stay here again.

Most of the staff were friendly, but one (a young woman with curly hair) showed an unprofessional attitude that was not acceptable for a hotel serving international guests.
We were wrongly assumed to be Chinese just because we’re Asian—an ignorant and offensive stereotype.
The garden view room was in the basement(-1), which wasn’t clearly mentioned.
Despite prepaying via Booking.com, we were asked to pay again.
Breakfast was generally good, but when the coffee machine has an error, no staff came for a while, and guests had to wait.
Wi-Fi was slow, and the room lacked basic 4-star amenities like a fridge or full-length mirror.
The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned—there was someone else’s hair stuck to the door.☹️☹️
This hotel feels overrated. For this price, there are much better options.
Train your staff properly—or hire people who already are.

Een onverwacht fijne tussenstop!
Op weg naar Italië moesten we onverwacht een nachtje ergens overnachten. We boekten dit hotel last-minute en kwamen pas rond middernacht aan. Ondanks het late tijdstip werden we hartelijk ontvangen.
De kamer was schoon en comfortabel, de douche heerlijk krachtig en verfrissend, en het ontbijt de volgende ochtend overtrof onze verwachtingen. De mensen waren ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij.
We waren allebei aangenaam verrast door de kwaliteit en sfeer van dit hotel. Een echte aanrader!

L'hôtel est charmant et situé sur un boulevard au calme. La chambre (classique) donnait sur le jardin donc sans bruit. Le personnel y est accueillant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner servi sous forme de buffet est très copieux et chacun peut y trouver de quoi composer un petit déjeuner à son goût.||Le seul bémol était la taille des WC et de la salle de bain tous les deux petits.
