This hotel is a gem! Our visit to Lyon was made most welcoming by the front desk clerk Ariel. He was a wealth of information about the local area and his warm personality made us feel at home during our stay. The room was basic and clean and we had no issues with anything but it was Ariel who made our stay the best!

Muito acima das expectativas. Todos os ambientes decorados com muito bom gosto. Quartos pequenos mas com todas as comodidades no quarto e banheiro modernos.|Acima de tudo a atenção e proatividade da concierge Matilda chama a atenção . Além do nós atender com muita simpatia nos ajudou com os passeios na cidade . Sensacional !

We had a very good stay at Hotelo Lyon Charie. It was near the Lyon Perrache train station. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable with no street noise. The staff was extremely helful. We found many resturants and a grocery store very close (about 100 meter) from the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
