L’hôtel est très accueillant jusqu’au moment où vous évoquez votre Wonderbox. L’hôtel avait plusieurs chambres de disponibles ce week-end du 21 juin mais refuse catégoriquement la réservation si le paiement s’effectue avec une Wonderbox sous prétexte que le montant de la nuit cette soirée-là dépasse le prix de la Wonderbox. Le monsieur nous explique que l’activité en juin, juillet et août est trop importante. Cela pourrait s’apparenter à un refus de vente. Je comprends mieux les 3,7 étoiles sur Google.

Expérience de 2 nuits agréables. Service sympa et à l’écoute. Absence de climatisation lors de mon séjour mais l’équipe a tout fait pour rajouter un ventilateur.
La chambre était néanmoins TRÈS petite mais fonctionnelle. Bouilloire à disposition avec Thé et Café soluble.
Petit dej’ à volonté à 15€ par personne. Petite faim s’abstenir.

Konum olarak çok iyi, metroya yakın. Odalar temiz ve düzenli. Görevliler güler yüzlü ve yardımcı.
The cleanliness is very poor — there’s so much dust in every corner of the room that you can scoop it up with your hand. Under the bed, there are food leftovers and a duvet that hasn’t been returned to its proper place — I guess they use the space under the bed for storage?
The two gentlemen at the reception wearing glasses are clearly unfamiliar with basic etiquette and seem to hate their job.
Also, some kind of ventilation runs through the room, so be prepared not to get any sleep — it sounds like a plane is flying right above you. The mattress is so worn out that there’s a dent in the middle.
I regret ever stepping foot in that hotel, but unfortunately, the whole of Lyon was fully booked due to the music festival!????
