L appartement est agréable , les chambres sont neuves mais l'absence de climatisation rend ́le séjour franchement difficile. A eviter en été à moins d'aimer dormir dans un sauna. Autre chose : manque d espace pour déplier le canapé. Une fois ouvert on ne peut plus aller dans la salle de bain quand on est dans la chambre. Nuit épouvantable on a du dormir les fenêtres ouvertes et les moustiques s'en sont donné à cœur joie. Réveillés par le train qui passe sous les fenêtres. Un vrai cauchemar....

Sí es verdad que el hotel no tiene aire acondicionado, pero en general está muy bien. Limpio y cómodo. La ubicación es excelente. Cerca de un centro comercial, del tram, de la estación y de varios puntos de bicis de alquiler de la ciudad. Además la piscina cubierta, aunque no es muy grande, te da un gran alivio después de estar todo el día de turismo.

Appartement tout à fait correct, literie confortable. Le personnel a été très accueillant et sympathique. Par contre a vraiment éviter l’été. Le Logt est prévu en BBC et n’a donc pas de clim. Et ce système n’est vraiment pas efficace, la chaleur est étouffante dans la chambre. Un ventilateur efficace est mis à disposition. Mais bien sûr c’est loin d’être suffisant pour se rafraîchir. Malgré les recommandations de laisser les vitrages fermées, nous avons dû ouvrir la Ami afin de respirer un peu.

Put a flimsy kitchenette in a cramped hotel room, call it an “apart-hotel,” and suddenly you can skip daily cleaning. Smart business model, I suppose. Label the building “low emission” and don’t bother with air-conditioning – another genius move. That is, until Lyon goes through a canicule, which it did during our stay.
The room was stifling, sleep was poor, and the only relief came from a small, noisy fan that barely stirred the air.
Outside, a few homeless people were sleeping rough by the hotel entrance – I genuinely felt for them. If the heat inside was tough, it must’ve been unbearable for them.
All in all, not a great experience. One to avoid, I think.

Their heated pool is nice enough for a quick dip.
Location wise, it is close to the Confluence shopping center and to the river where one can take a nice walk.
