Very attentive and rapid service. Staff were friendly and warm, yet reserved. I ordered a la carte and was given recommendations for each course. I’m so grateful I followed the recommendations. Everything was excellent: beautifully presented, very fresh and flavorful. I started with the green salad with lardons and poached egg, then the quenelle of pike with lobster sauce over rice, then the praline tart with lime sorbet for dessert… all classic dishes of Lyon. The restaurant itself was comfortable and elegant. Highly recommend.
