Brasserie with a long history, and where famous people like Hemingway, had dined.
The size and the design of the place is impressive.
I liked how they prepared the Tartar (they ask beforehand if you want it spicy) - they mix in front of you. Their bread is delicious.
The only disappointment was the main dish - pork rack. It was too dry and not hot.
You can also come for late lunch to avoid the crowds - good thing they don’t close between 2 and 7.

Nice setting, nice ambiance. Waiting line is fast. Service ok, food is average. Menu has good option of french dishes. But you feel speed of service in preparation of dishes. Nice touch for people celebrating birthdays!

Une institution lyonnaise, depuis 1836. Magnifique établissement, service absolument parfait ! Nous avons goûté une formidable choucroute, et la soupe à l'oignon très généreuse. Nous reviendrons probablement lors d'un prochain passage par Lyon !

La nourriture est excellente, la salle est immense et peut vite été bruyant mais nous avons passé un excellent moment, grâce à l'équipe de serveurs.
Au menu, plus de foie de veau ni de bœuf Angus.
Par contre servis par Pauline,très pro !
