Overall I spent a good night in this place.
The staff is so friendly & the hostel location is so perfect, as it close to the most tourist attractions in lyon.

Everything was perfect, everything extremely clean and tidy. Service extremely kind and available! Would recommend to everyone!

Everything was good, although I didn’t spend too much time at the hostel, just for sleeping mostly.
Only improvement would be having the room a degree or two warmer, was visiting in the winter, so a little chilly at night.

J'ai réservé une chambre pour 2 via Booking, mais une confusion a conduit l'auberge à penser que c'était pour 1 personne. Sans alternative, le réceptionniste nous a conseillé de partir et de promettre un remboursement. Cependant, après plus d'un mois et de multiples tentatives, ni l'auberge ni Booking n'ont remboursé notre nuit. Chercher un logement à 1h du matin un vendredi soir a été difficile, surtout pour deux filles. L'auberge refuse le remboursement en raison du tarif non remboursable, ce qui est inacceptable.
I liked the bathrooms, felt like you had more privacy.
